Tasca's education includes a Business degree with an emphasis in Accounting from Georgia Tech and a Masters degree in Taxation. She has an extensive background gained over the 25 years working in both public accounting and private industry.  She specializes in all business returns that include C corporations, S corporations and partnerships and has filed state returns in almost all of the 50 states for her clients.  She also advises individuals on their tax compliance and tax planning and can guide on international tax transactions.  She was most recently a Tax Director for a publicly traded pharmaceutical company and has worked with the Big 4 in San Diego.  She can lead your in-house tax department as a Consultant on a contract basis to prepare the business returns and/or other ad hoc projects as needed.
